The Radler was invented by a German entrepreneur who set up his beer stand in Munich near a new cycling trail. When he ran low on beer, he started mixing it with fizzy lemonade to extend his supply. Our Radler is named for Ernie's Bike Shop! Ernie Lehman opened his community-friendly bike shop in 1978. Ernie's North Canton location originally opened in the early 1990s on Main Street in the same building as Jack Frost before moving to its present location on Portage. For a while at the new, Ernie's was well known for the llamas that kept the grass in back near and trim. We appreciate how devoted Ernie's is to cyclists, local trails, and the local brewing community!
