Love Lola
For all the Best Boys and Good Girls
Normally, our beers are named after local history. This one, however, is near and dear to our Brewer Logan's heart. Lola, the most loving black-nosed American Pit Bull, lived exactly 10 years. She was born and died on March 10. She enjoyed cuddles and all the bones she could get. While she wasn't a fan of IPAs, Logan dealt with his grief by creating a new recipe using thiolized yeast on his home brew system. Love Lola is that special recipe. And, in her honor, we hosted a charity raffle for doggie basket valued at $185 during the first month of its release. We raised over $300 for Pawsitive Ohio!
This year we will be collecting donations for Second Chance for Animals!

Second Chance for Animals
Second Chance for Animals is a volunteer-based 501C3 located in Stark Co. Ohio for over 30 years.
One of their volunteers, Lynda, inspired our choice for this year's fundraiser. She spends a lot of her time in and around one of our employee's apartment complexes, catching and releasing the stray cats that have inhabited the area. She gets them spayed and neutered and stops all over the neighborhood to feed them every day! She also helps find homes for the cats that can't stay outside.
We are very excited to be working with Second Chance, and we can't wait to see how much you all raise for them!

Meet Bonsai! He was living in a basement for a long time-NEVER going outside. Infested with fleas and very malnourished. A Wonder Woman took him in and got him back to good health but is unable to keep him as she already has SIX dogs of her own. Bonsai deserves the best, and we want to help get it for him!
